Hotel Room Block

The Colonial Hotel has a wedding block reserved just for you if you would like to stay over with us on the night of our wedding. This is where the wedding party, family, and bride &amp; groom will be staying on Friday and Saturday night. We will also be having an informal afterparty at the hotel bar after the wedding.

To book in the hotel block, you must call 978-630-2500 and reference the "Taylor-Alberico Offsite Wedding Room Block" - it cannot be done online. This locks in the lowest rate of $249.95 for Saturday night. Shuttle transportation will be available from this hotel to the venue and back (15 min drive). Afterparty will be here at their bar/restaurant - The Colonial Grille. PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle pickup on Saturday is at 2:30 PM. However, standard check-in isn't until 3 PM. We have marked a preference for all guests in our block for early check-in between 12-2 PM. Though the hotel can't make a formal guarantee for early check-in, it is highly likely that you will be able to access your room early so that you can drop off your bags and freshen up before shuttle pickup. If you want to guarantee early room access, you can choose to book Friday night as well. It is recommended to call the hotel the night before or morning of your stay to determine the likelihood of early access. If you book for only Saturday night and are unable to access your room early. The hotel is able to hold your luggage securely for you. There is also a restroom/locker room available for your use to freshen up before shuttle pickup.

The following options do not have blocks reserved, but are alternative options for your stay, including a few local bed and breakfast options. Availability is not guaranteed and there will not be a shuttle to transport you to the venue. You will either need to drive to The Colonial Hotel, park, and take the shuttle from there - or drive to the venue directly.

The Maguire House Bed & Breakfast

This secluded mansion on 33-acres features upscale rooms &amp; suites, plus an intimate, refined eatery. Six rooms total, some with working fireplaces in the bedrooms. 20 min from venue.

Clamber Hill Inn & Restaurant

This 1800's built Bed and Breakfast provides accommodations over three beautiful acres in Fitchburg, MA. Treat yourself to a stay in one of the 3 individually furnished guestrooms, featuring private pools and outdoor private hot tubs. Rooms have private furnished balconies or patios. A complimentary full breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Free self parking is available onsite. 28 min drive to venue.

Garden Party Cocktail

The dress code is "Garden Party Cocktail" so think light, summertime, relaxed as opposed to traditional dark wedding attire; and the more color the better! Women: Midi or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, or dress pants and a blouse or button-down. Multicolor, colorful, or light and neutral preferred! Solids or florals/patterns, soft colors, block heels, wedges, or flats. We want you to be comfortable. Men: Light, colorful, or neutral sport coats, dress pants, slacks, button-downs, loafers, etc. A full suit is welcome but not required, and ties are optional. We would love to avoid black suits if possible in favor of light/bright colors or neutrals. We want you to feel comfortable, so wear whatever you are comfortable in. Our celebration will be entirely outdoors on grass. Wear comfortable shoes and check the forecast to bring a shawl, blazer, or wrap for cooler weather and breathable fabrics for hot weather.

Our Love Story

Abby and Anthony met in February of 2023. It didn’t take long for them to realize they had fallen in love, on a hike to Lonesome Lake in New Hampshire’s White Mountains. Through one another, they rediscovered and deepened their love of nature. Abby took Anthony on his first camping trip, which opened the door to countless adventures. They took up backpacking together, and on their first ever backpacking journey: an unforgettable 40-mile traverse through the Zion Wilderness, Anthony asked Abby to marry him. Rooted in a shared spirituality, Abby has always felt that her mom, watching over her from another realm, guided Anthony into her life. Anthony, in turn, knows he’s found his soulmate in Abby. Today, they share their dream historic home in Sudbury, Massachusetts. They have a shared saying together, "Best Life Ever Club!" in reference to the beautiful life they have built together, side by side.

We are blessed to have our wedding at Abby's maternal Grandmother's house in Templeton, MA which sits on over 100 acres of beautiful lush land with a view of Mount Wachusett in the distance. This land is where Abby's parents got married in June of 1993, as well as two sets of her aunts and uncles.
