Hotel Room Block
The Colonial Hotel has a wedding block reserved just for you if you would like to stay over with us on the night of our wedding. This is where the wedding party, family, and bride & groom will be staying on Friday and Saturday night. We will also be having an informal afterparty at the hotel bar after the wedding.
Colonial Hotel
To book in the hotel block, you must call 978-630-2500 and reference the "Taylor-Alberico Offsite Wedding Room Block" - it cannot be done online. This locks in the lowest rate of $249.95 for Saturday night.
Shuttle transportation will be available from this hotel to the venue and back (15 min drive). Afterparty will be here at their bar/restaurant - The Colonial Grille.
PLEASE NOTE: Shuttle pickup on Saturday is at 2:30 PM. However, standard check-in isn't until 3 PM. We have marked a preference for all guests in our block for early check-in between 12-2 PM. Though the hotel can't make a formal guarantee for early check-in, it is highly likely that you will be able to access your room early so that you can drop off your bags and freshen up before shuttle pickup. If you want to guarantee early room access, you can choose to book Friday night as well. It is recommended to call the hotel the night before or morning of your stay to determine the likelihood of early access.
If you book for only Saturday night and are unable to access your room early. The hotel is able to hold your luggage securely for you. There is also a restroom/locker room available for your use to freshen up before shuttle pickup.
Other Options (No Block):
The following options do not have blocks reserved, but are alternative options for your stay, including a few local bed and breakfast options. Availability is not guaranteed and there will not be a shuttle to transport you to the venue. You will either need to drive to The Colonial Hotel, park, and take the shuttle from there - or drive to the venue directly.
